Faso, Philip F.

Philip F. Faso, 62, a longtime resident of South Chicago Heights, passed
away Tuesday, December 22, 2003 at St. James Hospital, Chicago Heights,
IL. He was a retired Tool and Die Engineer at the Chicago Stamping Plant for
33 years working from 1959 to 1993. He was a member of UAW Local 588, a
member of the former St. Ann's Catholic Church, and a member of the Ford
Tuesday Golf League.

He is survived by his sons, Phillip J. (Katherine) Faso of Chicago Heights, and
Anthony J. (Michelle) Faso of Crete; five grandchildren, Justin, Aaron, Phillip,
Jacob and Dominique; one brother, Larry Faso of Elkhart, IN, and sisters,
Beverly (Tom) Olsen of Berwyn, IL, and Judy Faso and Deborah Faso both of
Deerfield Beach, FL. He is also survived by two nieces and two nephews. He
was preceded in death by his daughter Wendy in 1978, and his parents Tony
L. and Gilda Faso.

The Crete Memorial Chapel, 708-672-7600, handled the funeral
arrangements and a funeral mass was held at the Infant Jesus of Prague
Church in Flossmoor. Interment was at the Presbyterian Cemetery in Chicago
Heights.

Fenstermacher, H.
Fiacco, John J.

John J. Fiacco, a retired Tool & Die Maker at the Ford Motor Company and a
member of UAW Local 588 passed away Monday, October 11, 2004 in Akron,
Ohio. He was 82 and a resident of South Chicago Heights, IL.

Mr. Fiacco is survived by three daughters, Maryanne (Christopher) Chengelis
of Ashland, Ohio, Karen (Vincent( Caffarini of Crown Point, IN, and Joann
(Phillip) D'Agostino of Chicago, IL; one son, James J. (Denise) Fiacco of
Kokomo, IN; 13 grandchildren, his mother, Maria Fiacco of Crete, IL; a sister,
Emma (Charles) Hesel of Chicago Heights; and a brother, Guido (Ruth)
Fiacco of Glen Carbon, IL. He was preceded in death by his wife, Margie on
July 30, 2001; father, Santo; and twin infant sons, Joseph and James.

Visitation was held on Thursday, October 14 at Smits Funeral Homes - Steger
Memorial Chapel, Steger, IL. A Funeral Mass was celebrated the next morning
at St. Liborius Church, Steger.

Mr. Fiacco was a Navy Veteran of WW II, and a member of Catholic War Vets.
He retired from Ford Motor Comapny in 1984.
Fick, Wayne
Flamini, Robert A.

Robert A. Flamini, an active employee at the Chicago Stamping Plant and a
member of UAW Local 588, passed away April 11, 2005. Mr. Flamini was a
fork truck driver. He was 51 and a resident of Steger, IL.

Mr. Flamini is survived by one daughter, Sara Elizabeth Flamini of California,
his parents, Albert and Camilla Flamini of Steger; three sisters, Cindy
(Thomas) Somer of Chicago Heights, IL, Carol (John) Jamicich of Schererville,
IN and Sherry (Arthur) Mandelco of Frankfort, IL; one brother, James Flamini
of Steger, and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Thursday April 14 at Steger Memorial Chapel with a
Funeral Mass given the next day at St. Liborius Church in Steger, IL.
Interment was in Calvary Cemetery, Steger, IL.
Fletcher, Forrest

Forrest Fletcher, past UAW Local 588 President, passed away Tuesday,
February 21, 2006 at his home in North Judson, IN. Ford Motor Company
hired Mr. Fletcher in 1960 as an Automation Millwright. He went on to be an
insurance benefit representative and was also Local Vice President and
Safety Representative and Local District Committeeman. He was 75.

Mr. Fletcher is survived by his wife, Lois Jean Fletcher; two sons, Forrest
Fletcher, Jr., Crown Point, IN and Morris (Pam) Fletcher, Valparaiso, IN; eight
daughters, Connie (Doren) Good, Winamac, IN, Sherry (Dave) Howard, Patty
(Garry) Coldiron, and Audra (Jason) Kersting, all of North Judson, Jennifer
Jacobs, Rhonda (Allen) Podell, Kim Johnson, and Michelle (Bill) Singleton, all
of Knox, IN; twenty-four grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren. He was
preceded in death by his parents Basil and Pearlie Fletcher.

Mr. Fletcher served as 1st Sgt. in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict.
He was a member of the Starke County VFW and the North Judson American
Legion. He was a member of the Knox Masonic Lodge #639, the Orak Shrine
of Michigan City, and the Scottish Rite of South Bend, IN. He was a Shrine
Jestor and drove the Shrine bus transporting children to the hospital. He was
a deacon of Little Dove Community Church and a member of Love, Inc.

Visitation and Masonic service were held at Bramer and Bailey Funeral Home,
North Judson (574-896-2007) on Thursday, February 23, 2006. The funeral
was held at Little Dove Community Baptist Church on Friday. Burial was in the
Highland Cemetery in North Judson. Memorials may be made to the Shrine
Hospital or to the Starke County Hospice.
Ford, Donald W.

Donald W. Ford, age 72, of Lowell, IN, passed away Wednesday, March 29,
2006. He is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Norma; four children:
Donald G. Ford, Darrell (Donna) Ford, Clifton Ford and Bonnie (David)
Chopps; five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; three brothers: Joe
Ford, Bobbie Ford and Leslie Wright; and two sisters: Margaret Rippetoe and
Tammy Jennings.

Funeral services were held on Saturday, April 1, at the First Church of God,
1625 S. Cline Avenue, Griffith, IN with Pastor William Neal officating. Interment
was at the Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens in Shererville, IN. Funeral
arrangements were provided by the Lincoln Ridge Funeral Home, Schererville.

Mr. Ford was a member of the First Church of God. He was retired from the
Chicago Stamping Plant and a member of UAW Local 588. An avid bowler with
two perfect 300 point games to his credit, he was also president of a mixed
senior citizens bowling league. He loved and enjoyed flying.
Foster, Earl

Earl Foster, a retired Millwright and member of UAW Local 588 passed away
November 2003. Funeral services were provided by the Gatlings Funeral
Home in Chicago, IL, on November 15, 2003.
Foster, Orville Warren

Orville Warren Foster, 69, of Bourbonnais, passed away Thursday, February
5, 2004 at Good Samaritan Hospital in Downers Grove. He was a Retired
Welder at the Chicago Stamping Plant and a member of UAW Local 588.

Service will be held on Wednesday, February 11, with visitation from 11:00
a.m. - 12:45 p.m. and a service at 1:00 p.m. all at the Immanuel Baptist
Church in Kankakee. Revs. Rick Foster, Lyle Buyer and Ed Hedding will
officiate. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery in Chebanse. Memorials may be
made to Immanuel Baptist church in Kankakee where he was a member.
Bourbonnais Chapel of Schreffler Funeral homes was in charge of
arrangements.

Surviving are his wife of 48 years, Bonnie; two sons and daughters-in-law,
Rev. Rick and Glenda Foster of Onoway, Alberta, Canada, and Randall and
Doris Foster of Roblin, Ontario, Canada; two daughters and sons-in-law, Joy
Alberta, Canada; two sisters and one brother-in-law, Ruby Seedorf Moranz of
Bourbonnais, and Mary Helen and Ken Carlson of New Berlin, WI; four
brothers and sisters-in-law, Virgil and Doris Foster of St. Anne, Russell and
Mary Foster of Loveland, CO, Leonard and LaFerne Foster of Chebanse,
Don and Leola Foster of Las Vegas, NV; and 16 grandchildren. He was
preceded in death by his parents, Vernon and Maude Workman Foster; and
two brothers-in-law, Kenneth Seedorf and Clarence Moranz.

Mr Foster served in the United States Navy from 1952-1956 and retired from
Ford Motor Company in 1986 after 30 year's employment. He was a "Jack of
all trades" and enjoyed fishing and hunting.

He was in the leadership of his church for forty years and served as deacon
and Sunday School teacher.
Fowler, Charles

Charles W. "Chuck" Fowler, age 68, of Aroma Park, died Saturday, August
14, 2004, at his home. Mr. Fowler was a crane operator at the Chicago
Stamping Plant and a member of UAW Local 588. He retired after 31 years
with Ford Motor Company.

Visitation will be from 4:00 -8:00 p.m. Monday at Clancy-Gernon-Hertz Funeral
Home, West Kankakee, where services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday. Pastor
Dan Fowler will officiate. Burial will be in Aroma Township Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to Hospice of Kankakee Valley.

Mr. Fowler is survived by his wife, Edith; three sons and two daughters-in-law,
Charles Jr. and Vickie Fowler of Seattle, Wash., James and Linda Fowler of
Aroma Park, and Randy Fowler of Kankakee; one daughter and son-in-law,
Brenda and Ronnie Brune of Marlow, OK; 10 grandchildren, Christi and Eric,
Tonya and Chris, Brandon, Kathryn and Nick, Jessica, Daniel and Laura,
Jason and Julie, Ashley, Sara and Lewis, and James; three
great-grandchildren, Tahlon, Karis and Collin; one sister and brother-in-law,
Sandy and Ken Phillips of Girard; two brothers and one sister-in-law, Darryl
Fowler of Chebanse, Kenny and Thelma Fowler of Papineau; and many
nieces and nephews. His parents, Arthur and Daisy Trombley Fowler; one
sister, Marge; and one son, Robert, are deceased.

He served in the U.S. Army from 1953-1956. He was a life member of the
Aroma Park Legion. He also was a longtime member of Aroma Park United
Methodist Church. Mr. Fowler also served as captain of the Aroma Fire
Protection District for 25 years. He enjoyed bowling, golf, talking and camping,
and he was especially fond of his grandchildren.
Frazier, George

George Frazier, a Retiree at the Chicago Stamping Plant and a member of
UAW Local 588 passed away on Saturday, December 25, 2004, at St. Mary
Medical Center, with his loving family by his side. A native of Kentucky, he was
79. Mr. Frazier frequently met with other Local 588 Retirees for the Friday
morning coffee meeting at the Hobart, IN McDonalds.

Mr. Frazier was preceded in death by his wife, Mary; his son, John; his
brothers, Reese and William; and his sister, Magaleen. He is survived by his
daughter, Phyllis Habhab of Portage; his son, Kenneth (Holly) Frazier of Port
Charlotte, FL; his brothers, Denver (Allie) Frazier of Portage, M.F. Frazier of
Kentucky, and Estille Frazier of Bloomington, IN; his grandchildren, Tony, Joe,
John, Jason, and Beth; his great grandchildren, Chad, Johnna, Jacob,
Johnathon, Kylee, Carson, and Joshua; and also, his many loving nieces and
nephews.

Funeral Services were Tuesday, December 28, 2004 at the Frazier Funeral
Home - Todd Chapel, 621 Halleck, DeMotte, IN with Pastor Don Good
officiating. Visitation was held before the funeral service. Burial was on
Wednesday, December 29, 2004 at the Calvary Cemetery in Portage, IN.
Fletcher, Jason C.

Jason C. Fletcher, a retired superintendent, passed away November, 2005.
Visitation was Friday, November 25, 2005 at the Braman & Bailey Funeral
Home, 6020 S. Oakwood Ave., North Judson, IN 574-896-2007. The funeral
service was the following Saturday.
Frahm, Jerry

May 20, 1946 — March 29, 2011

Jerry Wayne Frahm, 64, of Grant Park died Tuesday, March 29, 2011, at his
home.

He was born May 20, 1946, in Chicago Heights. He was formerly employed at
the Ford Motor Co. Stamping Plant in Chicago Heights. He enjoyed hunting
for arrowheads, woodworking, gardening and growing various kinds of
flowers. He also liked muscle cars.

Mr. Frahm is survived by his wife, Sue Hammond Frahm, whom he married on
June 4, 1966, at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church in Kankakee; two
daughters, Dawn (Mark) Dieckman of Kankakee and Tina (fiance Jeff
Dombrowski) of St. Anne; four grandchildren, Sydney Dieckman, Torrie
Frahm, Cole Frahm and Jena Dombrowski; a brother, Kevin (Brenda) Frahm
of Grant Park; and his dog, Babe.

He was preceded in death by his parents, George Wayne and Margaret Cirks
Frahm; a sister, Carolyn Pansa; and a niece, Deanna Pansa.

Visitation 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday, March 31, at Hub Funeral Chapel in Grant
Park. Services 10:30 a.m. Friday, April 1, at the funeral home, with John
Ludvick officiating. Burial in Sherburnville Cemetery in rural Grant Park.
Donations may be made to the family for a future memorial.
