ETAP & Scholarships
As you may remember, I donated my performance bonuses from years
past to charity, giving half to various community organizations and half
to fund the William Clay Ford, Jr., Scholarship Program, providing
tuition assistance for children of Ford employees.

I am pleased to report that the program is sufficiently funded to continue
this year. It offers $1,500 scholarships to children of U.S. Ford
employees. Students must be classified undergraduate sophomores
for the 2010 fall term. Details about the program are provided online at
www.hronline.ford.com under Policies and Programs and on @Ford
Online
www.at.ford.com/B2B/Pages/HourlyEmployeeLandingPage.aspx.

I encourage all of you who can take advantage of the 2010 William Clay
Ford, Jr. Scholarship Program to submit an application.

I am encouraged that the scholarships have had such a positive impact.
Thanks to all of you who took the time to write me personally to
describe the assistance the scholarship program had on your family's
tuition expenses.

Together we are building a better world.
William Ford Clay
